Description
An aerial view of the construction of Memorial Gym. This photograph was pictured in a March 1950 newsletter with the following caption: "Pomona's new War Memorial Gymnasium makes a striking picture these days when seen form any angle. Here it is in a setting familiar to all--Smiley Hall to the left, Sixth Street and Clark Hall at the top, the Training Quarters and Alumni Field to the right. This aerial photo shows the $305,000 project as the exterior walls reached the second floor level."
