Famous aviation pioneer Charles A. Lindbergh and his wife, Anne, attend the Gold Medal Awards dinner of the National Institute of Social Sciences in New York. They were honored and given medals for "distinguished service to humanity." Mrs. Lindbergh is a writer. Both Lindberghs are active in conservation causes.
