"Here is artist's sketch showing the location of the proposed municipal auto park. It would have the capacity for 3742 cars. Located between First and Temple Streets and between Los Angeles and Main Streets, it is estimated the total cost would be $2,732,000" -- clipping dated "Mar. 28, 1935" attached to verso stamped "Received Examiner Reference Library, Mar. 29, 1935".
