Photograph caption dated September 2, 1957 reads "Bowmen bag three foot snake - These four Valley teenagers proudly display skin of rattlesnake which they shot with an arrow near Foothill boulevard and the Tujunga Wash. Reptile measured three foot eight inches in length. from left are Bob Fleisher, Bill Ling, Ronnie Rufener and his brother Stan. Ronnie and Bob killed snake."
