Photograph of workers during the construction of Eagle Rock Drainage System on Neola Street east of Glacier Drive, 1937. At center, workers are paused, shovels in their hands. To the left a trench is visible, supported by wooden framework, a single man visible inside. Farther left, other men stand by the edge of the trench, where large sections of pipe can be seen. Back at right, a large ridge of soil has been made.
