Description: Historical marker for the Sacramento Valley Railroad, "First in the West" passenger railroad. The plaque is locatedon the wall of the former Thmson-Diggs warehouse building, situated on the southwest corner of 3rd and R Streets in Sacramento. Installed by the Sacramento County Historical Society, 1955
