Description
Photograph of a parade in the circular road around the Lugo House and on the west side of the Los Angeles Plaza, ca.1927. The small parade, possibly religious in nature, is made up of three horsemen on dark animals and a handful of pedestrians, including one holding a tall rectangular banner. The narrow road is lined with dense crowds, and the people appear to be dressed for summer. There is a large two-story rectangular building near the side of the road at right, and a park borders the left side of the road. An American flag is flying from the top of a building in the background at center.
