Description
Henley finds the Indians of the Counties of Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, and Nevada living in miserable and destitute conditoins. He recommends a speedy removal, otherwise these tribes risk total annihilation. He departs tomorrow for the Upper Sacramento Valley for the purpose of selection a new Reservation.
