Exterior view of the Monterey Revival villa of William R. Dickinson, located at Hope Ranch at the corner of Llano Avenue and Roble Drive, Santa Barbara. Built in 1929, it was designed by architect Reginald Johnson. This is a garden view taken in 1930.
