Title transcribed from item. Signed on mount: "Frederick Monsen." Monsen's typed label on back says: "Oraibi, Hopi Pueblo on the Third Mesa, Painted Desert, Northern Arizona. The famous Snake Dance at Oraibi. Picture taken in 1889. The pueblo is now a ruin." Same image as (178) - variant crop.
