Description
Alfred Chapman and Andrew Glassell stand in front of the original Orange Plaza fountain. The Bank of Orange building can be seen behind them. On May 15th, 1887, plans for the Plaza were approved, and it became the center of business activity for the City of Orange. This original fountain is now on display outside the Orange Library.
