Description
Photograph shows a woman walking up to the doors of the YWCA Cambrian Center. There are two cars parked in the foreground. The center has several signs. The YWCA's logo sign reads: "Cambrian Center YWCA." The large sign hanging from the roof before the front door reads: "Education building of the Cambrian Park United Methodist Church, and the sign directly above the door reads: "YWCA Cambrian Center [434]3 L[eigh] Ave." Displayed in the windows is a sign for Day Camp and the letters YWCA. “From the ‘50s through the early ‘70s, almost all the growth of the YW took place in the suburbs.
