Description
Photograph of a north view of the Loma Homestead, Aryan Temple, and Ideal Homes exteriors at the Theosophical Institute in Point Loma, ca.1890. At left a grand three-story building with three round towers on top can be seen with rectangular windows on each story. A second building with a dome and sphere on top is visible at center obscured by a third building. The third building at right appears to be one-story and has a wrap-around covered porch. It has a dome on top as well, with a sphere on top of the dome. A dirt road runs from the bottom foreground towards the left and branches off towards the buildings. Various trees and palms are visible in front of each building, while a man at center can be seen watering one of the trees with a hose.
