Portrait of Judge John J. Sullivan seated at a table holding court in Portsmouth Square in front of the Stevenson Monument. Oppie Warner is seen standing to the left. Text written under photo: "Judge Sullivan holding court under Robt. L. Stevenson's monument in Portsmouth Square during Flue [sic] epidemic 1918." Written to left: "Oppie [sic] Warner Police Reporter 'Call Post.'"
