Description: The parade for Santa Monica's Pioneer Days is seen travelling on Santa Monica Boulevard and 3rd Street in Santa Monica. Photo 10: shows parade participants, a covered wagon pulled by oxens and several riders on horseback, lined up on the street. Photo 11: shows a group of people riding on top of an automobile, some are dressed in Indian and western costumes. Greenery hangs from the front and sides of the auto. A horse-drawn wagon follows the automobile. Photo 12: Woman's Club car with Indians promotes McGroarty plays in Verdugo Hills. Photo 13: a rider on horseback watches as a wagon pulled by oxen's pass by. A Pacific Electric trolley can be seen in the background.
