Ferrell Burford, Doug West and John Catlow as they prepare for the Founders' Day program at a Noble Avenue PTA [sic], 8329 Noble Ave., Sepulveda, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Fashions from 1854-1912 will take the spotlight."
