From the entrance of Bishop's College, Calcutta, North India 1988. The Theological Seminary/Bishop's College was founded by the first Anglican Bishop of Calcutta, Thomas Middleton in 1820, and has over the years been involved in development of theological education in the North India churches. The Bishop's College decribes the Vision/Mission in this way: "We are committed to a contextual theological education directed at equipping men and women for a relevant and meaningful pastoral ministry in this fast changing world."
