Photograph of women workers in an unidentified electronics office, ca.1950. At center in the background extending to the foreground, a group fo four women workers can be seen sitting on stools adjacent to a large table. On each table, a large light can be seen. Additionally, an adjustable microscope is seen for the in front of the two women on the right. Two small boxes can be seen sitting on the table beside the woman in the far background. To her right, another box is visible being handled by the female worker. The other women greatly obscure the objects that they are working on with their arms and hands. Other electronic equipment and boxes can be seen on the tables. In the extreme background on the left, a single chair can be seen sitting next to several circuit boxes.
