Photograph article dated December 26, 1963 partially reads, "Construction is nearing completion on the Toluca Lake Branch of the Security First National Bank, it was announced by the Pacific Southwest Realty Company of Los Angeles... leasing agents for the new structure. The contemporary building contains 7,775 square feet on one floor, entered through a plush garden patio of tropical landscaping directly into the Banking Room. The elegant structure is being built on the open plan, primarily featuring natural lighting, and supplemented in special areas with flourescent [sic] ceiling illumination."
