Description
During a court recess ordered when he weakened on the stand on April 29, 1938, Harry Raymond is shown being greeted by District Attorney Buron Fitts. Left to right, prosecutor Joe Fainer, nurse Parnell, Raymond, Lieut. Loren L. Miles and Fitts. Raymond said Kynette once told him, "Don't forget what happened to that little boy 'Red' Foster." Foster was bombed.
