From the refugee camp at a school area of Cooch Behar, West Bengal, North India. The Architect, Niels Anton Dam is present at the refugee camp, temporarily raised of available materials and tarpaulins. The class rooms and tool shed are occupied by refugees. Since 30 days the school has been closed due to daily entry of large numbers of refugees in May-June 1971.
