The wooden structure of the Mozaic apartments located at 888 N. Alameda Street, can be seen on the left of historic Union Station. The two-building, four-story apartment development will house 272 residences; it includes a variety of studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. Mozaic's location is within walking distance of Olvera Street, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and City Hall. The project is a development of Lincoln Property Company, and was designed by GMP Architects. Three palm trees sit prominently in the foreground, and two Post Office Terminal Annex cupolas can be seen in the background. Photo dated: October 7, 2005.
