Dorrance Stalvey (d. 2005), composer, educator and director of music programs at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) speaks about his background as a musician, composer, the Monday Evening Concert series at LACMA, (which he directed from 1971-2005), and the influence of the Pacific Rim on culture and music within Los Angeles, California.
