Description
He served in the State legislature when the state capital was in Benicia, CA and was later the Benicia City Clerk. He went to Nevada City when the Comstock Lode was being developed and later served on the Nevada State Supreme Court with at least one term as Chief Justice. He was Viola Church Baker Morgan's uncle. Viola is Steve Baker's grandmother.
