Description: Frances Herman (in ringlets and pushing a toy baby carriage) and Bobbie Meehan (in a toy automobile) almost collide in a traffic jam while in a toy store on Hoover Street. Frances is commanding the right of way. Merchandise is stacked against the wall. Photo is not dated but Frances appears in the same costume in another photo that is dated 1928.
