Photograph caption dated July 3, 1965 reads "Braving the hot noon sun and the smoke hitting their eyes, the Bluebirds determinedly roast their hot dogs, wrapped in dough, in true camp style. From left, Kim Wadsworth, 8; Carol Collins, 8, and Nancy Nichols, 8, all of North Hollywood, are given a helping hand by Mary Ann Schaper, 15, rear left, and Debbie Marans, 15, members of the Horizon Club. All attended two-week daily Campfire Girl encampment at North Hollywood Park."
