Description
This front side of the registration certificate card, which certifies that Hideo Natsumeda has been registered at the Amache Incarceration Camp in Granada, Colorado by the Registrar number 35 in Lamar, Colorado. This item relates to the item csudh_oka_0037, which is the back side of this card, which captures the physical description of the registrant. This card was found with other items that relate to Hideo Natusmeda such as photographs of him in the camp as well as his high school diploma (items: csudh_oka_0038; and csudh_oka_0039. Item from Misao Okada’s album. Misao Okada’s scrapbook contains photographs, ephemera, notes, and correspondence documenting her time at Amache and a visit and reunion over 50 years later. The scrapbook also includes materials relating to reparations and events observing Japanese American incarceration.
