Description
Charles Handy article on the virus of fear and the virus of unbalanced work life in the workplace. Handy argues that the appearance of both kinds of viruses appears because of the same cause, namely, the need to improve the productivity of managerial and staff groups. He proceeds to state that, in order for organizational and individual growth to occur, management should allow for mistakes and correct them, rather than expecting perfection.
