The three-story rectangular building features arches, a center dome above a minaret top, a walkway that wraps around the building on main floor and second floor, and bulbous-shaped battlements around the walls of the upper floors. Vine covered walls forms a boundary around the yard of the building. Other buildings are visible in the background.
