Photograph caption dated March 22, 1965 reads, "And you could call him a Sultan - of Valley State College. At a penny a vote, Mickey Sultan, 22, is congratulated on winning USC Dream Man Contest, backed by more than $600 in votes. It was all part of Associated Women Students Women's Week. More than $1,000 was collected and will go to AWS scholarship fund. Bringing the glad tidings is Cathi Aberle, 20, president of Delta Xi Delta sorority, Sultan's sponsor. He is a member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity."
