Description
Photograph of an exterior view of a hotel in Knight's Ferry, ca.1930. A tree obscures the view of the left side of the hotel that is built with white wooden panels. The two sets of double doors on the front of the hotel lead to a porch with a short staircase down to street level. The porch holds a sign advertising "Ice Cold Drinks" while the second floor is contained by a wood fence and holds a third door. The rectangular windows of the hotel's front exterior wall view the dusty road in the foreground. Picture file card reads "Hotel built in 1890's replacing the Fisher House which was built in 1852 and later burned down. Notice the old green shutters on upper windows".
