Description
Peter Drucker speaks at the 6th Semi-Annual Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center of Claremont Graduate School Event in Orange County. During his talk, he discusses: change, not establishing business actions based upon what the government will or will not do, managing the labor force, the American invention of training, employee mobility, the inability to cultivate loyalty in someone who has intrinsic mobility, retirement, knowledge workers, defining results, the importance of building systematic organized abandonment into one’s organization, and core competencies of businesses. There are tracking problems throughout the video.
