Description
A WPA art project mural in the Supervisors' Assembly Room in the Hall of Records, "De Neve Founds Los Angeles, 1781." Buckley Mac-Gurrin was the artist, assisted by Benjamin Messick. The painting is done with oils on canvas. Photo dated September 27, 1937.
