Description
A panoramic view of the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles, and the adjacent Bel Air Tract. There are a few houses or apartments on the left, beyond which is the Bel Air Country Club golf course and a small lake. The UCLA campus is in the center of the image, with the Men's and Women's Gymnasiums at the bottom of the hill, in front of Royce Hall and College Library (now Powell Library). There are numerous automobiles parked in front of the gymnasiums. Westwood Village is visible on the far right. Writing in white above the road in the center reads "Photo by ; C.C. Pierce & Co. ; 1572 W Pico".
