Photograph of the exterior of the Angel's Gate Los Angeles Harbor lighthouse in San Pedro, ca.1913. The lighthouse is located at left, on the end of a stone breakwater. It is a cylindrical structure with windows all the way around. There is a large steamship in the water in the distance, its dark hull creating a bow wave and it propellers kicking up a large wake. The water to the right of the lighthouse is choppy, but there are no large waves.
