Description
Scope/Content: Nor Sanavongsay was born in Laos and stayed at the refugee camp at very young age before being sponsored by a church in Tennessee to move to America. Throughout his childhood, he discusses biking around the city with his friends and his parents' support in trying out new hobbies. Through his artistically talented uncle and the various cartoons he watched, he developed a passion for drawing. In college he struggled with illustration, yet he became increasingly interested in technology as the internet became more widespread. He majored in electronic media which landed him a job at Encyclopedia Britannica. With the invention of the iPhone, Nor began to move into application development, which he does to this day.
