Description
Photograph of a view of Shave Lake in Fresno, showing the mill in the distance, ca.1910. Lumber can be seen floating on the surface of the lake in the forground, a line of logs creating a barrier between the foreground and the wider area of the lake. In the distance, a collection of smokestacks and wooden buildings comprise the mill facilities. In the distance to the left, a bridge can be seen leading to the mill. A tall, pine-covered hill is visible in the background.
