Grubbs (left) community chairman for Burbank's 1962 March of Dimes campaign, plays host to committee members and guests at a pre-campaign luncheon meeting Wednesday at the Five Horsemen Inn, 921 Riverside Dr., Burbank. Guests became more familiar with the work being carried out by the national charity foundation. Discussing the program with Grubbs are Burbank Mayor Robert Brandon (center) and Elliot Abbott, secretary-treasurer of the Burbank March of Dimes."
