Text written under photo: "A Peep at Union Square December 1924." View looks southeast across the northwest corner of the square. Two large palm trees are prominently visible. Men can be seen sitting on benches. In the middle distance, at the southeast corner of Geary and Stockton, is the City of Paris. In the right distance is the Butler Building.
