Description
The Southern California Chinese American Independent Voters League held a Nixon for President Rally in Los Angeles Chinatown. Members of the League include Nowland Hong (third from left), Priscilla Hong (fourth from left), and Y. C. Hong (center, front row).
Y. C. Hong served as president of the Southern California Chinese American Independent Voters League during the 1960 presidential election.
