Photograph caption dated October 16, 1962 reads, "Models for the 'Fall Fan-tasy' benefit luncheon and fashion show include from left Mmes. Bettler Baldwin, Tarzana; Arthur Moore, Canoga Park, and Grand Frezieres, Granada Hills. The event, which will benefit the Crippled Children's Society, will be at noon Oct. 24 at the Deauville Club, 4001 Reseda Blvd., Tarzana. Fashions from Levine's, Van Nuys, and wigs from Martin Holmes, Sherman Oaks, will be featured. Mrs. William Evans and Mrs. John Kuhns are co-chairmen and Mrs. James Lewis will be commentator."
