Description: The commercial building at the busy corner of Miller and Throckmorton Avenues was occupied at the time of photo (2017) by Equator Coffee and Tea (2 Miller Avenue), Mt. Tam Dog Co. (6 Miller Avenue) and Clear Clinic (125 Throckmorton Avenue) among others. Seager Gray Galleries (108 Throckmorton Avenue) lights up the end of Miller Avenue.
