Description
Photograph of the Los Angeles Camera Club float entry -- a flower-bedecked wagon filled with about a dozen women and male driver (including Miss Stephens? & Mr. Forbes?) being pulled by a 7-horse team -- on Hill Street near Fourth Street during the Los Angeles Fiesta 1901. A few people are standing on the adjacent sidewalk. At left is a 2-story Victorian house. Directly beside the float is the 3-story brick "Wright & Callender Building". A picture of President McKinley and American flags are visible in the ground floor windows. Legible signs include: "Doctor Helen O. Anderson", "Dr. Townsend, dentist", ..."a club".
