It is one of 12 panels which presents the story of Los Angeles and encompasses 300 human figures. Sketch of an old man standing in the front middle of this mural, is a model that Cornwell has used in several of his murals. The old man use to visit Cornwell's studio daily when he was at work in England. Photo dated: July 18, 1932.
