Looking northeast over the city, at least five sky scrapers are visible, including the Bank of America building, right of center, and the Union Bank building, left of center. The One Wilshire building is visible on the far right. Two of the taller buildings are still under construction. The Harbor Freeway, with at least eight overpasses, is visible in the foreground. Picture file card reads, "March 9, 1973".
