Caption from June 10, 1967 Sacramento Bee reads "Robert B. Young, right, general manager of the Aerojet-General Corp., dedicates a new mixing facility at the plant by burning through a ribbon with solid rocket fuel. Others in the picture, from left, are Folsom Mayor John Kipp; Rod McKenzie, representing the Sacramento City-County Chamber of Commerce; Sacramento Mayor Walter Christensen and Col. Lawrence Vivian, an Air Force liaison officer at the plant."
