Description
"Excavation is an uphill process as site preparations begin for a Liberty House department store in Downtown Plaza. This is because of piles of dirt left from excavation for the Weinstock's department store, under construction in the background. The cream-colored masonry that will comprise most of Weinstock's facade reaches to the second of three stories visible at the K Street entrance of the four-story structure. The arch, like its larger counterpart at the main entrance on L Street, will be surrounded by bronze-tinted reflective glass. The 210,000-square-foot Weinstock's is expected to open in mid-autumn"
