Description
Juris Jurjevics discusses his book, “The Trudeau Vector.” He begins by explaining that traditionally the Arctic is a very neutral and utopian place. However, in his book the mystery begins when several Arctic scientists are found dead and missing their eyes. He then explores his protagonist, Dr. Jessica Hanley, who is an Epidemiologist who is charged with solving the mystery of the scientists’ deaths. Jurjevics goes on to discuss his research on the Arctic region and Intuit culture. Later in the interview he reads aloud from his work.
