Description
Exterior view of an Industrial 21 unit slum dwelling owned by Jack Zweiter, 407 N. Bixel Street. The income on the property is about $5000 per year: 14 units pay $18 per month, 4 units pay $22 per month, 2 units pay $36 per month and 1 brick unit pays $18 per month. The manager gets $22 of his $36 rent to collect rents and keep the area clean. There are outside toilets; half of the units have no hot water, and the rest get their hot water from a small water heater in the manager's unit.
