Description
A group of 1st grade students pose on steps to the Jefferson School. They are probably the students of Mrs. Clara Hoit Fountain (not pictured), great-aunt of donor. Boy and girl on ends in front row hold flags. Identified as: (back row, l to r) Louis Brown, Heilbron Walke, Clyde Mastin, Billy Stanford, Dorothy Seibel, Helen Hanrahan, May Yee, (middle) Charlie Narducci, Clifford Tuggles, Nellie Heath, Marvin Blackford, Elsie Campbell, Paul Stebbins, Burnis Means, Genevieve McCulloch, (front) Robert Ireland, Charlie LaBare, Reina Egersdorff, Harold Nelson, Gertrude Jemansky, Phyllis Keating, Henrietta Gluyas, Helen Nold, Phyllis Howard, Frances Dilley. Allan Byrne and Robert Bowen were absent.
